Delwyn has been involved in the development and management of both financial and property companies for over 27 years. Over the years he had seen the pitfalls of fragmented portfolio management so in 1988 he founded APF to provide a complete management solution under the one roof. His role involves the strategic planning and direction of the business. He also represents APF at seminars and conferences.
