Simon is a property management expert having specialised in this field since 1999, in preference to pursuing a career in real estate sales. He is familiar with all aspects of landlord/tenant negotiations from organising trades people, minimising rental arrears and to attending tenancy tribunal hearings. He oversees the APF Residential Property team and portfolio of over 1000 properties.
