APF will either supervise your offices or building or have a supervisor permanently on site. This proved very fortuitous when a pipe burst in one of the tenant’s offices. Because the supervisor was on site, he was able to organise for the plumber and other necessary tradespeople to attend the incident. As a result, it was fixed in 3 hours, including steam cleaning the carpets allowing the suite to be occupied  the next day.
